Delivery on retail projects from concept to execution and completion, is what I do.
With over 15 years working with a portfolio of retailers in a fashion buying capacity, I have a wealth of experience overseeing and running successful department and business projects.
As a project management lead I am engaging and a strong relationship builder so will successfully deliver your projects by directing, leading and bringing teams together in the wider business on your transformation journey.

Working collaboratively with the leadership team, I will actively participate in enhancing the maturity and transparency of project progress

Ensure the project is managed seamlessly and that the governance structure is underpinned by clear PMO principles

Ensuring that your projects’ progress, plans, risk and status is regularly, clearly and accurately reported, whilst also identifying and resolving conflicts if they arise

Support, monitor and control the delivery of your business project and share improvement agendas where required

Influence, organise and direct project teams - setting clear goals and establishing priorities
